The shop is at 14332 Oxnard Street, Van Nuys, CA 91401. Van Nuys sits close to the center of the San Fernando Valley, so most Valley neighborhoods reach us on surface streets without touching a freeway.

Getting here
Your route in, by neighborhood
From Sherman Oaks
Sherman Oaks sits just south of us, between Ventura Boulevard and the hills. Van Nuys Boulevard and Sepulveda Boulevard both run north from there. Coming off the 101 or the 405, exit and head north toward Oxnard Street.
From North Hollywood
North Hollywood is east of the shop, and Oxnard Street runs east–west across that stretch of the Valley. Victory Boulevard and Burbank Boulevard are the other straight shots. From the 170, come off and head west.
From Studio City
Studio City is southeast of us, along Ventura Boulevard on the far side of the 101. Laurel Canyon Boulevard and Coldwater Canyon Avenue both run north from there. The 101 west to Van Nuys Boulevard works too.
From Encino
Encino is southwest of us, along Ventura Boulevard west of the 405. Balboa Boulevard and White Oak Avenue run north out of it. From either one, come east on Victory Boulevard or Oxnard Street.
If the car isn't drivable
Call before you move it. Tell us where the car is — your driveway, a tow yard, an impound lot — and what happened to it.
Cars that cannot be driven have to be transported, and there is more than one way to arrange that. Some policies include towing coverage, some claims cover it, and some tow yards charge storage by the day.

Come look first
You can drive over, walk in and see the place before you hand anyone your keys. A shop you cannot visit is a shop you are taking on faith.
Ask in person
Questions about your car get answered face to face, with the car in front of you. That is harder to do at a distance and easier to do down the street.
The choice is yours
California law puts the shop decision in your hands, not your insurer's. Being nearby is a reason to choose us, not a reason you have to.
Close afterward
Once the car is back with you, anything you want a second look at is a short drive, not a whole afternoon.
What happens once you get here
Bring the car in, or send photos first. Either way you get a free written estimate listing what the car needs before anyone starts work.
From there the job is usually collision repair in Van Nuys or auto body and paint work, depending on what the damage turns out to be underneath.
If an insurer is involved, California Insurance Code section 758.5 says the choice of shop is yours. Your insurer may recommend one, but it cannot require one, and it must pay the reasonable cost of repair at the shop you choose — without raising your deductible or cutting your coverage for choosing.

Do you serve Sherman Oaks, Studio City and Encino?
Yes. The same goes for North Hollywood, Tarzana, Reseda, Valley Glen, Panorama City, Burbank, Woodland Hills and the rest of the San Fernando Valley. There is no separate customer list by city — if you can get to Van Nuys, you can use the shop.
What if my car isn't drivable?
Call before you move it. Tell us where the car is — your driveway, a tow yard, an impound lot — and what happened, and we will talk you through the options for getting it here. Tow yards charge storage by the day, so that call is worth making early rather than late.
