Glass Repair & Replacement
A windshield is a structural part with a camera looking through it. We replace the glass, seal it right, and recalibrate what watches the road.
A windshield is bonded structure — it braces the roof and gives the passenger airbag its backstop — and on most late-model cars a camera watches the road through it. F1 replaces the glass to specification and recalibrates what depends on it.

Common questions
Repair the chip or replace the windshield?
Small chips out of the driver's sightline can usually be repaired. Cracks that reach the edge or cross the sightline mean replacement — we'll tell you which honestly.
Why does the camera need recalibration after glass replacement?
The camera aims through the glass. New glass, even perfectly installed, shifts its view enough that lane-keeping and emergency braking need recalibration to work correctly.
Does insurance cover windshield replacement?
Glass coverage varies by policy — some carry separate glass deductibles. We check your coverage as part of handling the claim.
